Tucker Lewis serves as an Operations Associate in TurnkeyZRG’s college division alongside Chad Chatlos, Katy Young-Staudt, and Jocelyn Gates. In this role, Mr. Lewis directly supports Managing Directors, Vice Presidents and Recruiters in TurnkeyZRG’s college sector throughout the full life cycle recruiting process, executing the day–to–day recruiting operations for each search including, but not limited to scheduling, travel and logistics, coordination of project deliverables, and client collateral production. Mr. Lewis directly contributes to the visualization of TurnkeyZRG’s expertise and in client deliverables, and in the management of the processes that lead to the data–driven execution of searches.

Prior to joining TurnkeyZRG, Mr. Lewis worked as a Search Consultant for ZRG Partners’ ProSearch team in Cleveland, Ohio. In this role, Mr. Lewis served as an individual contributor, executing on many searches in various industries.

A graduate of The University of Mississippi with a Bachelor of Arts in Broadcast Journalism, Tucker currently resides in Atlanta, Georgia. Tucker is a passionate Braves, Jets, and Ole Miss fan. Outside of work, Tucker enjoys spending time with his friends, family, and dogs, going to Braves games and going to Pawleys Island, SC.
