With his unique background as an elite athlete, which includes representing Australia in Mountain Running and Orienteering where he made history as the first non-European to stand on the podium at a World Championships. Before joining the ZRG group, Troy held multiple senior executive and board positions at international organizations, including BMC in Switzerland, Thanyapura Sports Resort in Thailand, TDH Sport & Entertainment in Hong Kong before establishing the Asia-Pacific Sport & Entertainment practice at global executive search firm Odgers Berndtson. Troy’s long history working with on-field and off-field talent has allowed him to establish cross-border and cross-sector professional relationships and industry contacts that truly set him apart.​
