Paulina Dyko  serves as Recruiting & Operations Associate for TurnkeyZRG. Paulina supports TurnkeyZRG’s internal executive search team and clients throughout the full search life cycle, by coordinating and executing client/candidate deliverables and logistics, executing the day–to–day recruiting operations, ensuring candidates move through the recruiting process smoothly and efficiently.

Prior to joining the TurnkeyZRG division, Paulina worked for 5 years as Client Services Associate for ZRG. In this role, she partnered with the sales team by supporting them in the production of time sensitive client deliverables and administrative support.

Paulina is a graduate of Kozminski University in Poland with a Bachelor’s of Business Administration and Management. Paulina currently resides in Massachusetts with her husband, Marc and dog Maggi. Paulina enjoys traveling, going to concerts and baking.
