Michelle Etienne is a Recruiting and Operations Associate here at TurnkeyZRG. In her role, Michelle supports Music Managing Director Tom Truitt throughout his recruiting efforts for music and entertainment clients.

Michelle is a graduate of Monmouth University with a B.A. in Music with a Concentration in Music Industry. At MU she served as Social Media Chair and Creative Director for Blue Hawk Records, Monmouth’s on-campus record label. She has experience working on several music projects and studied the many different sides of the industry from music business to music theory. A New Jersey native, Michelle enjoys being with family, friends, her beautiful dog named Lennon, and most especially seeing live music.
