Jerrad Non serves as an Executive Recruiter for TurnkeyZRG. Jerrad primarily works in the Marketing & Communications, Finance & Accounting, Human Resources & DEI, and Sports Media & Tech disciplines identifying top-level diverse talent. Jerrad also supports TurnkeyZRG’s internal executive search team and clients throughout the full search life cycle, by coordinating and executing client/candidate deliverables and logistics.

Jerrad has played an integral part in several searches throughout his time at TurnkeyZRG, including President, Business Operations of the Columbus Crew, Chief Executive Officer of C360, Senior Vice President of Administration & Chief Financial Officer of the NCAA, and Vice President, ATL Community Impact of the Atlanta Dream to name a few. Jerrad also had the privilege of leading the full life cycle recruiting process of the Director of Finance search for the T-Mobile Center in Kansas City, Missouri.

As one of the longest tenured operations team members, Jerrad is occasionally responsible for mentoring/onboarding new hires by acclimating them as swiftly and thoroughly as possible. Jerrad is a graduate of Temple University with a Bachelor of Science degree in Sport and Recreation Management. When Jerrad isn’t in the office you can find him out on the golf course, traveling with his family, or scouring the Greater Philadelphia area looking for new restaurants with his friends.
