Position Summary:
Dude Perfect is seeking a dynamic and strategic Head of Partnership Sales to lead and expand our brand collaborations, sponsorships, and business development initiatives. This executive will be responsible for identifying, negotiating, and executing high-impact partnerships with top-tier brands, sports organizations, and media platforms, driving revenue growth and brand alignment. As a key leader within the organization, the candidate will shape and execute a forward-thinking partnership strategy that enhances Dude Perfect’s influence across digital media, live events, merchandise, and emerging platforms.
The ideal candidate is a visionary dealmaker with deep experience in brand partnerships, sponsorship sales, and integrated marketing within sports, entertainment, or digital media. They must have a strong network of industry relationships, a proven track record of closing multimillion-dollar deals, and a keen understanding of media and content sales, including advertising, sponsorship integrations, and branded content. This role requires a hands-on leader who thrives in a fast-paced, creative environment and is adept at developing innovative revenue models that maximize brand engagement across digital platforms, live events, and emerging media channels. The Head of Partnership Sales will play a critical role in shaping Dude Perfect’s monetization strategy, leveraging their expertise in media and content sales to drive high-impact partnerships that further solidify the brand as a global entertainment powerhouse.
Essential Functions
Architect and drive a world-class partnership strategy that accelerates revenue growth, enhances brand alignment, and maximizes monetization opportunities across digital media, live events, merchandise, and emerging platforms.
Establish and cultivate high-value strategic alliances, securing multimillion-dollar sponsorships with leading brands, agencies, and media partners to drive long-term business impact.
Build, lead, and scale a high-performing partnerships team, attracting top talent and fostering a culture of excellence, innovation, and results-driven execution.
Shape and integrate sponsorship initiatives in collaboration with content, marketing, and production teams, ensuring seamless brand storytelling and fan engagement.
Develop and implement new business models that expand Dude Perfect’s brand ecosystem, leveraging media, content sales, advertising, and experiential activations to unlock untapped revenue streams.
Oversee complex deal negotiations and contract executions, ensuring all partnerships align with business objectives, deliver maximum value, and uphold brand integrity.
Provide executive-level insights and strategic recommendations on industry trends, competitive positioning, and emerging opportunities to maintain Dude Perfect’s leadership in the digital entertainment space.
Own the partnership revenue P&L, managing forecasts, budgets, and performance analytics to drive efficiency and maximize profitability.
Represent Dude Perfect at the highest levels within the industry, strengthening relationships with C-suite executives, key stakeholders, and decision-makers across sports, entertainment, and media.
Act as a senior ambassador of the brand, ensuring that all partnership initiatives reinforce Dude Perfect’s mission of delivering family-friendly, high-energy entertainment while elevating its global presence.
Required Skills/Qualifications:
12-15 years of experience in strategic partnerships, sponsorship sales, business development, or related fields within sports, entertainment, media, or digital content. Proven track record of developing and closing multimillion-dollar sponsorships and brand deals with Fortune 500 companies.
Strong leadership experience, including building and managing high-performing sales and partnership teams.
Deep industry network with senior decision-makers across brands, agencies, and media partners. • Expertise in digital media, content marketing, and experiential activations, with an understanding of influencer-driven and creator-led brand partnerships.
Strategic thinker with the ability to develop and execute innovative partnership models that drive revenue and audience engagement.
Exceptional negotiation and contract management skills, with experience structuring complex, long term agreements.
Strong analytical skills, including the ability to use data to inform partnership strategy and measure success.
Collaborative mindset, with experience working cross-functionally across marketing, content, live events, and merchandise teams.
Passion for the Dude Perfect brand, mission, and audience, with a deep understanding of family friendly, high-energy entertainment.

Jamie guided the revenue department out of the COVID-19 pandemic and brought a new cultural philosophy to revenue that helped shape an incredibly successful model that focused on the idea that selling tickets and caring for fans is an all-organization initiative – a mindset that helped the Blackhawks set a new all-time regular-season gate revenue record last season and drove nearly a 90% increase in retail revenue over the last three years. Additionally, he set the foundation for a “fewer, bigger, better” approach to corporate partnerships and launched several new youth hockey initiatives, including the Blackhawks Arena Network, Rivalry Series, and first-ever NIHL Youth Hockey Championships at the United Center.
Curtis Walker - Vice President, Marketing Partnerships
Curtis Walker is TurnkeyZRG’s Vice President leading the Marketing Partnerships vertical. Before joining TurnkeyZRG, Mr. Walker sold and activated marketing partnerships at the United Soccer League (USL) and Minor League Baseball (MiLB) where he led commercial outreach, strategy & new business development. He is broadly networked and wired with property sales executives, as well as agency & brand marketing executives. Since joining TurnkeyZRG, he has successfully placed executives at Ilitch Sports & Entertainment, IMG, TelevisaUnivision, Orlando City Soccer & the Orlando Pride, the Miami Dolphins, the Atlanta Dream and more.
James Jordan - Director, Marketing Partnerships
James Jordan joined TurnkeyZRG in early 2023 in the role of Director, Marketing Partnerships, focused on corporate partnership recruiting.
